took my husband to the dr up there today to see a new dr because dr volo is out until next month and the one he had today was not very good first of all all i do everynite is study physchiatric medication and what it can do to the body if its pulled down drastically well today his was this is normally a good place and when we got to his pharmacist they said you better call that dr back because this is a drastic cut and serious things will happen with this kind of a cut and i told her that and she knodded me off didnt even listen to me not like dr volo anne works hard to keep this place going strong she does the best she can to make sure her people are done good but today was a bad visit for my husband he left there today in worse panic than he had when he got there hopefully we can get this situation resolved so i can take down this post because she dont need to loose her license she just needs more educatment in physchiatric drug withdrawal when i asked her if she had heard of withdrawal syndrome from anxiety drugs she knotted me off left a bad taste in my mouth i do want to get this situation resolved so i can remove this post!

I have been a Patient since the office opened way back in the day. I would recommend this office any day of the week. I know their providers, and love all of them. Dr. Volow and Dr. Martin provide the best therapy medication management. All of their staff truly cares for each patient. I have seen where patients have called, and cursed at the front desk staff. This staff looks at all patients the same, even if I am do for appointment they require me to come in. They will offer me to come in that day to be seen, they will not let me go without my meds. This is getting bad reviews for unfair reasons. Please take these wonderful reviews whole hearted, and try this for yourself! Keep up the great work Living Well!

The ladies in the office always make sure me and my child's medications are taken care of. I keep my appointments and make sure he doesn't run out before being seen and in return I always leave a happy customer.

I've been going to this place for years now and I give them 5 STARS. They really do care about their patients. The Front Desk Ladies are awesome !! If I call them right now and need an appointment they handle it very prompt and professionally. They definitely have patience ( especially dealing with me haha) and they don't judge. That's why I love that place ! John will be missed But, the owner makes sure she finds people who are like her who CARE ! Their new office in Knightdale is very nice ! All of the staff is absolutely fantastic. I never feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I enjoy every visit because unlike many offices there is little to no wait time.

Since the death of my doctor John this place has been so unorganized. Also they have moved within the last month and did not contact me or let me know ahead of time just in case if I couldn't come out that far to the new office. And the doctor that I see now and replace of John is Pamela and she just has me in there for less than 5 minutes each visit writes me out 2 months worth of prescriptions and sees me on my way. Now I am 3 days out of one of my meds that she usually calls into my Pharmacy because I don't need the hard copy and I have to wait an extra 3 days because they are booked busy and now i have to be without my medicine.

Living well has gone over and beyond to meet the needs of my son. I have never been more pleased with the doctors and the front desk staff. Anytime a situation came up for us Jessica or Laura (front desk) has always been overly involved to help us fix whatever it was. They are heavily involved in making sure patients needs are met whenever. Thank you to the front desk ladies that have always saved the day for us, we truly appreciate it.

I've been to many many psychiatrist and or mental health professionals in my life do to my various mental problems. There's no beating the professionalism and just the all-around courtesy you get from displays in the doctors I highly recommend them.

I love how the office staff go above and beyond helping with insurance, refills, and appointments. Also, Laura Bach is absoulety amazing in her knowledge and understanding of more aware of ways to help one help themself.

These people are seriously taking care of me in one of the worst times in my entire life. I have had anxiety since my teens and I've bounced from doctor to doctor because of poor care. If anything good comes out of living here in North Carolina, I can say it's this office. I can honestly say that in one of the absolute darkest times of my life, they restore my hope for humanity especially in this profession. Highly recommend if you're looking to be taken care of well.

Wonderful office! I have been a patient for some time, and have never had any troubles with the office. The front desk staff is amazing. Any time that I have called with a problem they have worked me in that same day. They are caring and understanding for each patient that come in. I have seen Laura for some time now, and think she is the best. She has helped me through some depressing times that I wasn't sure how I was going to come over. I recommend this office to anyone I know.
